In awe and a bit of a frenzy to try and capture some of the beatiful light I grabbed a series of shots to stitch into a panorama. Whilst no photo can truly do justice to the place I feel that the combination of panoramic format and a very large print is the best way to try as it can show all the little details and give a true impression of scale.
I would love to go back there and give it a go with my medium format gear or even get hold of some large format or 6x17 gear to try it again with. I think not only the more appropriate gear but the experience I have gained since would help me to do a better job.
