How to display your portfolio on the Club’s web site.
  • Maximum of 6 images
  • You must be a current Club member
  • Scale the longest side to 500 pixels
  • Save as JPEG - quality 13 to 30 - experiment until the file size is about 20k
  • Add a caption — otherwise the filename is used as the caption
  • You must own the copyright
  • By submitting an image you
  1. authorise Diss and District Camera Club to publish it on the Club’s web site;
  2. hold the Club completely harmless, and indemnify the Club, in regard of any dispute or claim concerning your image;
  3. agree that the Club may remove the image at any time.

  • Be aware that once published on a web site, your image is available globally. And naughty people might use it without your permission.
  • If you wish, embed your own copyright information in the file as metadata, or in the image as an overlay.
  • Send your images to the Web Editor.
